Cooking Instructions
Before you start, take out all the ingredients for this recipe (see picture) and rinse any raw grains, herbs, meat or vegetables
STEP 1:
Chop the garlic and slice your chicken meat. Chop the sharp ends off the green beans, and we’re ready to fry the noodles
STEP 2:
Steam/boil the cauliflower florets for 7 mins. Once soft, place in a blender with the broth and blend until creamy.
STEP 3:
Heat the ghee on medium heat. Add noodles, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce. Fry until the sauce is well mixed into the noodles and they are soft. Set aside while we cook the egg gravy
STEP 4:
Heat the remaining ghee on medium heat and fry the garlic until golden and fragrant
Add the sliced chicken and cook for 10mins or until browned on the outside and whitened on this inside. Then add the chicken stock
STEP 5:
Add the light soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper and salt and bring to a boil. Add the cauliflower blend you prepared earlier
STEP 6:
Add the green beans and the egg. Mix and stir vigorously until the egg is fully cooked.
STEP 7:
Pour the gravy over the noodles and serve immediately!
